Zulrah rolls the unique table twice, with each unique item having a 1/1024 chance to occur, which changes the drop rate ever so marginally from being 1/512. Your values all appear to be accurate though.

I …It works out to like 3600 gold per trip to get there which is a lot cheaper than the Zulrah teleports and takes an extra 30 seconds. Once you learn how to kill Zulrah though, just use the Zulrah teleports :) It's borderline now to use teleports. Only worth if getting 3 kills per trip or so.
