Turns out I’m 3cm dilated and 60% effaced!! I’m having no contractions, just some normal third trimester aches and pains because she’s almost already 6.5lbs (as of last ...I was 3.5 cm dilated and 70% effaced at 35 weeks with my first. I had to be induced at 41+1. I had 2+ weeks of prodromal labor before getting induced and still was only 4cm dilated and 80% effaced when I started my induction. Dilation/effacement before you’re in active labor unfortunately means nothing.
