I bought the Anniversary Upgrade cuz I thought why not and I wanted to add a few CC items to my load order but this shit happened. And its just Skyrim. Fallout 4, Fallout 76, and ESO are working fine. I'm just pissed cuz I spent $20 and this is stalling any patches I need to install.
