Legion kata and navae are pretty equal but legion has the edge in my eyes, from what I've seen the m1's do slightly more damage and the heavy attack is one of the bests in the game. They do same M1 if you're using a caestus but legion crit is better imo.If you want light weapons then I reccomend guns.. If you don't want guns then fist.
