I am on h1 with i140 approved extending my h1 past the 6 years quota for the regular h1 till date . Assume if I want to move to h4 ead for a couple of months/year . Since my priority date is 2017 and that of my husband is 2020(he is on his h1b). I don't want to lose my h1 . If I again want to switch back to h1 from h4 ead.
