Did something happen to possibly cause this issue, referring to you riding conditions and use of the Ranger. Give us a little more information.no spark Cleaned the coils and rebolted on, don't think they need to be grounded as there is an plastic isolation block that holds them off the frame. Still no spark. There's no voltage running through it ignition on or off as well as there's no continuity which means its not becoming a ground at any point. we got a wiring harness for it ordered so hopefully it comes in while Im here to put it on. Not sure though will update when I figure something out.

If the engine cranks over and you have no spark I would remove the crankshaft position sensor and clean the end of it off as there may be some metal debris interfering with the crank signal to the computer.

My first suggestion is to do a load test on the battery. Regardless if it has 12 volts it still might not have enough amps to turn the engine.No Spark unless I disconnect CDI box ground. Someone stole all of my quads and left my 2000 Trail Blazer 250 behind, but that one had all kinds of wires cut under the "hood", like they were trying to hot wire it.
