For me, 65/80 just provides more of a spark on both sides of the ball. And, as Josh once mentioned, 65/80 is technically the default setting when the game first loads. So, I think you can go with either. At 60/80, the game, at least for Coach Mode, seems to just drag a bit. 65/80 is definitely more lively, IMO.
