Numerous emails and conversations with the robotic support team ( who are literally speak from a script) resulted in Fitbit placing a new order on Thursday only to find that that they only ordered the straps/bands and not the watch. This is incompetence and very poor service from a big-name brand .Ex-Fitbit. Before you contact them, please sync your Fitbit watch all day because they are depending on your watch's battery history (whether to proceed with warranty or not) Or, try to comtact them again and someone will grant you a replacement as quick as 123 😁. I had a fitbit and the band is broken after 6 months. They sent me a replacement in November and it was defective. The battery never worked right, lasts maybe 36 hours. They said they would replace that one but then cancelled the order without explanation.
