9S can do everything 2B can do, and more. despite having only one attack button, he has a full range of both light and heavy attacks. Not even close. He’s like 2B with one hand tied behind her back. You need a custom chip loadout to get anything interesting from him but even then, he doesn’t compare.

By the time he should get along with machines like Pascal, he's hating even more because of 2B's decease, which rightfully blinds him for any external truth.
