Ok, I'm at wits end here. My Stihl MS290 quit at full throttle the other day and wouldn't start. Here's what I've done: 1. I have spark and installed new plug 2. New fuel line and filter 3. New impulse line 4. Tank vent not plugged or off 5. New carb kit and full clean including diaphragm 6. New fuel mix 7.
