In my opinion, working with sales in software companies for 20+ years, Pipedrive is the best options. It's fast, easy to setup and keep running. Create workflows, change process -- all it's easy. Everytime I needed some help, the Customer Service team is very good. They have a high quality service. PROS.1. Copycat CRMs. Cheaper, lesser-known CRM alternatives may seem like a great idea in the short-term, but when a CRM system crashes, your business suffers the cost.
