The Ferox Enclave is not considered the Wilderness for the purpose of destroying the looting bag. If the looting bag is destroyed in the Ferox Enclave, the contents inside will be permanently lost. If any chinchompas are put into the looting bag, the only way to get them out without losing them is to destroy the looting bag in the Wilderness.Actually, Ferox Enclave is the closest.
