Well-known member. AFAIK, you can only get the +1/3/5/20 hearts from the store (intentionally). Although, I have received at least one heart (Heart of Wood IIRC) from gold daily dice (random chance) and two from looting chests (random chance) years ago... both were +1 hearts. From the Token of the Twelve Vendor you can get Heroic Hearts …If you combine the heroic Voice of the Master trinket with the Mantle of the Worldshaper (a guaranteed end reward from Threnal), and 5 Greater Tokens of the Twelve (which you get from running select Epic raids, some of which are easily soloable if you're at cap) at the Legacy Alter of Epic Rituals in the Twelve, you can make the "Master's Gift ...Every epic quest from stormreach drops token fragments.
