My recommendation would be Cathedral Player and NPC Overhaul if you want the Vanilla+ look. It's basically a modern WICO that isn't a disaster out of the box. Alternatively, if you want to use High Poly Head, I'd recommend NVICO and then you can overwrite it with the Northbourne series if you like- this is what I use myself.{Nordic Faces} is yet another character/NPC overhaul mod.
