Starfield invisible ship bug
Starfield is a game that offers a lot of freedom and creativity to the players, but it also has some bugs that can ruin the experience. One of the most common and annoying bugs is the ship disappeared bug, which makes your ship invisible, glitched, or unreachable. A more serious bug I encountered by fast travelling to a red crimson location that I'm allied with, it was a underground hanger with my ship appear in the underground hanger, when lifting off into space - the ship flew through the scenery and when into open space, all controls of the ship were frozen and unable to move/look around.

But instead of getting arrested, you can simply fast travel via the scanner. Your ship will become invisible, but you can still undock and jump to another system. That fixes the invisible ship.

AFAIK, the head is not invisible but actually in the chameleon state. I have seen this happen twice after sneaking with her. Her body goes back solid and her head stays in the chameleon state. Exiting and restarting the game fixed it for me.
I scammed the reload until I got a Claymore. Took it over, and almost immediately got a new (to me) bug where after landing somewhere I can't exit the ship or take off. When I got up out of the pilot seat, the ship was invisible; reloaded and this time I was invisible and couldn't open any hatches/interact with the cargo hold or captain's locker.As you can see, NPCs can't go in and neither can I, and some of the crew that I initially led away are starting to come back.
