The extra mag is so small, it is easy to carry in your pocket, That’s 14 rds available for an encounter, which is equal to or more than most of the popular concealed carry weapons, especially the new “wonder 9’s.”. I bought a micro 9, and a micro 380 last year. I ended up selling both on the cheep about a month later. Both had feeding and cycling issues. I purchased them thinking Kimber was high quality, let me explain: -I have an older Kimber 1911 full sized, that has been great, I bought it 15 years ago. With about 400 rounds on the clock, I am experiencing either a failure to feed, or a failure to eject on about 4 rounds out of 40. This occurs after 60 flawless rounds. I am considering the purchase of a new Kimber Micro Eclipse 380. When I research the pistol I find lots of problems with FTF, FTE and other issues a few years ago 2016 and forward.
