At first I thought it was the installed mods (Whyem's DLC, RDOffline, LAW); I deleted all the mods, then decided to completely delete the game and download again, started a new game, it didn't help. I've tried every fix for every similar problem I found online: Using RDR Save editor to change Arthur to John and reverting back into Arthur, changing saddles, changing saddlebags, removing all custom outfits saving and trying again, saving in a new slot, verifying game files, removing all mods and scripthook... nothing seems to work.
