Exotic quests can be hard to grasp. They can range from short and easy to long and extremely hard. Some are definitely worth it while others not really. And to make matters worst, many exotic quests will be removed from the game on November 10, 2020. I've got the solution, so I've picked up the first exotic mission with Arthur back in chapter 4. After that I picked up all plants and Orchids with John (and got 15 Lady Slipper Orchids) for the exotic mission buut I found out it is not counted towards the challenge until you completing the first exotic mission.
